It’s been a while since Ranbir Kapoor has spoken about reviving his Grand father Raj Kappor’s production banner. And the newest is that things have at last started falling into place for reviving the RK banner.
“Ranbir was recently approached by director Sriram Raghavan with a script. After listening to it, Ranbir felt this could be just the right film for the banner. He has sought help from dad Rishi Kapoor to supervise the script and make sure that it turns out to be a commercial movie. Rishi Kapoor will eventually be producing the film,” a source close to the Kapoor family told.
Sriram and Ranbir were unavailable to comment. The last movie under the banner was Aa Ab Laut Chaley. Bobby, Sangam and Barsaat were other productions under the banner.
